Competitiveness
in the global economy requires a new way of thinking.
Instead of deciding which products to export, we will
determine what we produce based on what the global market
needs. Ultimately, this new prespective, coupled with
disappearing trade barriers, will result in more exports
and more high-quality jobs throughout the state and will
make the state a force to be reckoned with in the global
market place.
