Alicia has worked for
the Progress Board since January 2005, and has worked
with imperatives 1 and 5. Ms. Moore has researched
and analyzed historical performance trends and comparative
national, regional and local trends for renewable
energy sources and public health policies. She has
also authored twelve information products for the
smoking and weight measures (Imperative 1) of the
20/20 Update Report. Alicia has professional interests
in local government and financial management.
